Your public booking flow lets players pick a location, date, available time slot and duration, with live availability so taken slots disappear in real time, followed by an instant email confirmation. Multi-location venues are fully supported. Online payments run through Moyasar's hosted form, accepting Visa, Mastercard and Mada, with optimistic verification confirmed by webhook. All pricing is calculated server-side in halalas — never set by the browser — so every reservation is priced and confirmed authoritatively, whether it comes from the website or the AI chat assistant.
When you add in-venue sales, pairing is a single CRTLY code you paste in Courtely settings; it mints the keys, links to LazyWait and maps your courts to the POS automatically. At the counter, NearPay terminals handle card-present tap-to-pay — contactless and chip — alongside cash, refunds, split bills, custom charges and receipt printing, with a self-serve kiosk option for unattended ordering. Bookings sync both ways: a court booked online appears at the till, and a counter sale reconciles against the same booking.
